Small Business Grant Program Norcross American Rescue Plan Act
Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs and Norcross, Georgia have partnered to help local small business owners through the American Rescue Plan Act Small Business Grant Program. This program provides $600,000.000 of ARPA funding to local businesses who were adversely affected by the pandemic. Applications close January 3.
Dulles Regional Minority Small Business Grant
The Minority Small Business Grant was launched by the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce, Northampton (Massachusetts) earlier in this year. This program is administered by the Chamber’s Equity and Inclusion Committee. It assists minority-owned and operated businesses and promotes inclusion. Applications are accepted until January 6.
Ahoskie Facade Grant Programme
Ahoskie in North Carolina approved funding for a second round to support its Main Street small business owners. Eligible businesses can receive matching funds of up to $2,000 through the Facade Grant Program. All applicants must be Main Street businesses and commercial property owners. Applications are due January 13th.
WBDC Grants for New London
New London, Connecticut and The Women’s Business Development Council have partnered to help local businesses with funding and education. Grants of up to $10,000 may be available for eligible businesses. Businesses must be Connecticut residents, for-profit and have at most two years of experience. Annual sales should range between $25,000 to $2,000,000. To be eligible, businesses do not need to be owned by women. Next review deadline for applications is January 15. Pleasanton Business Ventures Grant Programme
Pleasanton, Texas extended the closing date for its Pleasanton Ventures Grant program. To support development and growth projects, five local businesses could receive up to $10,000 in grants. Pleasanton-based businesses need to be registered with the IRS as well as Texas Secretary of State in order to qualify. Through the January 15th deadline, qualified businesses can receive technical assistance from the city.
Staten Island Small Business Grants
Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation have partnered to create a grant program. This fund is funded by the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative which has a total of $10 million. Each grant will be $5,000. The funds can be used to fund small projects such as storefront renovations. Businesses must apply by January 15 if they are located within the St. George or Tompkinsville areas.
Las Vegas Food Programs Grant
Las Vegas offers grants for local businesses who want to help people in crisis. This program provides $3.8 million of federal funding, which can be used to help qualified businesses start and run food programs in low-income communities. Federal requirements must be met as the American Rescue Plan Act funds the program. Deadline for applications is January 17.
Grant for Economic Recovery Support Grant to Town of Hopkinton
Massachusetts’ Town of Hopkinton Economic Recovery Grant provides $100,000 for local businesses. Grants of up $5,000 can be applied for by eligible businesses to help with various expenses such as rent, inventory or COVID-19-related materials. All applications must reach the town office by January 19.
City of Boise Small Business Grant
Applications for the City of Boise Small Business Grant Program are currently being accepted from businesses affected by the pandemic. To facilitate this program, the city has partnered with United Way of Treasure Valley. Mini-grants up to $4,000. are available for eligible businesses.
