42 Hires Ex-Netflix Exec Ben Cavey As Comedy And Entertainment Chief

42 is a major hire. Ben Cavey, a former executive at Tiger Aspect Productions and Netflix, has joined as Head of Comedy and Entertainment.

Cavey will work in both the UK and U.S-based company’s LA office. This is to help the West Coast grow its growing group of producers and managers.

His focus will be on 42’s expansion into entertainment and comedy, as well as producing and managing projects in TV and film. Cavey will develop projects for 42’s production venture, with management company 3 Arts Entertainment as well as Lionsgate Television. This includes a deal with Lionsgate Television in the U.S.
